Principle

The product utilizes the specific reaction between antigen and antibody to detect the anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM and IgG antibodies.

If IgM antibody present in the specimen, a burgundy colored line would be visible in the IgM test region. Indicating anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgM Positive test result. A red line would be visible in the IgG test region if the specimen contained the IgG antibody. Indicating anti-SARS-CoV-2 IgG Positive test result.

Aplication

The COVID-19 IgG/IgM Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay designed for the qualitative detection of IgG and IgM antibodies to the SARS-CoV-2 virus in whole blood, serum or plasma specimens.
