Principle

The product is a lateral flow immunoassay based on the principle of the double-antibody sandwich technique.

If the specimen contains influenza A antigen, a colored line would be visible at the A region. If the specimen contains influenza B antigen, a colored line would be visible at the B region in the result window.

Aplication

The product is a rapid chromatographic immunoassay for the qualitative detection of influenza A and influenza B viral nucleoprotein antigens in nasopharyngeal swab and oropharyngeal swab.
